Yet another example of how real estate speculation is screwing most people in this city. 1.5M for a shack in Corona, how is anyone supposed to afford a house anymore? It used to be that you could pay off a house in 7-14 years, now (just 8 years later) you have to be a slave for the rest of your life for that privilege. Let's hope that the recession brings prices closer to their "real" value.
The price is not for a home, but the site of a future human barracks full of tweeded.
Six apartments (I know it says two) each with five Fillopina nurses or Mexican guest workers and you should have it paid off faster than the five years it will take you to build it.
It's disgusting how real estate people buy nice homes, allow them to decay into such decrepitude, that the only people willing to buy these homes, are those wishing to demolish them.
