Uh oh! An illegal conversion of a tree?
Could I rent it? It's a big improvement on my violation-plagued tenement in Astoria and I bet the landlord isn't as big an Ape as mine is.
Finally, a tree put to some good use. I'm proposing that half the trees in city parks be converted to housing for illegal immigrants. The other half will be converted into gymnasiums so their kids won't get fat.
