When a builder craps on Queens Blvd, it's usually piled high and deep. Such is the case with this Elmhurst beauty at address 81-15.
Of course, buildings on our most famous strip also come with violations. The latest on this one is that there is no C of O for the building, yet it is occupied... Kind of hard to sell condos that way.

Toddlers without years of schooling, of course, are more creative & wise than these developer nitwits (aka Bloomberg's allies). If there's no Certificate of Occupancy, one can only imagine how many other faults there must be. Caveat emptor!
