Who would build crap like these? And talk about curb appeal! A brick freakin' box for multiple families, parking for 1 car and nowhere for the water to run off too, much less no plants for fresh air. Just keep sqeezing them in, eventually only the animals will want to live in them and everyone will wonder where did the nice neighborhoods go?
In a country with no borders, and a big neon sign over NYC saying 'tweeded welcome' you can make something out of twigs and whattle and have a family living in it by nightfall.
.. and they will tell you its an improvement over where they came from.

If I'm not mistaken, aren't Crown Heights, Bed-Stuy and Bushwick still pretty rough neighborhoods?
If that's the case, who would spend that kind of cash there?
