Surely, the owner of this rowhouse property on Grand Avenue didn't want to be the only one to not squeeze every last dime out of it, as his neighbors did. So he's in the process of crappifying it. Also, he got caught with an illegal SRO conversion.Let's just pretend these problems don't exist, however.

Oh my God, this is the mother of all Crap developments. This stretch just glorifies the very worst examples of what not to do and get away with it! This what every 2 bit developer admires and aspires to. God help Queens - where is DOB?

sit on his ass.....exploiting some illegal tenant...
and smile on his way to the bank!
Maybe he'll eventually

And just *why* was the violation dismissed? Did someone grease the wheels of justice with a little green?
