Urban Trees, Urban Forests

The impact of construction upon trees in our urban landscape.

If you are concerned about our trees, you need to come and see this!

When: December 12, 2007 at 7:30 PM
Where: Mary's Nativity Parish Center - the basement is accessible on the side entrance on Jasmine Ave/Parsons Blvd in Flushing. Plenty of street parking and church parking lot available also.

For additional info, call Dr Glaeser at 718-463-6791 or Beverly McDermott at 718-762-3004.

The health and survival of our street and private trees is much in danger. Come and get the facts to raise awareness.

Done in cooperation with the Kissena Park Civic Association.

Best regards to all,
Frederick Kress
President
Queens Coalition for Parks and Green Spaces

Kudos !
These are two great dedicated people
who care about where we all live.

They're not afraid to work
and put muscle behind their words....

(unlike some of our "representatives"
who just wag their tongues....
usually right before election time rolls around....
and they never deliver "the goods") !
