I once was a student of a guy who was the landlord of an apartment (eastside Manhattan in the '30's) where the tenants had to stay in the bedroom while the once-a-week Learning Annex class was held in their living room.

Outer B is full of crap.
Easy to sell your soul to a developer and trample on others as you grab his money.
Word of warning: some of the writers have been here only a few years and know nothing of the real neighborhood. Yup, they may not use the word, but ... they ... are... full ... of ... CRAP!!!
