It's not the first time Bovis is in trouble

Bovis Lend Lease has been in hot water before:

BANK-RAZE BIZ'S HISTORY OF HORROR

Sadly, this latest incident probably won't be the last time, either.

This is the company that was also in charge of the renovation of the Tweed Courthouse, which took too long and cost more than expected.

"I think we're going to get what we paid for this time," said Jennifer J. Raab, chairwoman of the Landmarks Preservation Commission (at the time).

Now it's falling apart.

Hey, guess what? One of the Queens reps on the Landmarks Commission was a senior vice president at Bovis for 14 years who worked on the Tweed Courthouse. She is now executive vice president of design, construction and capital planning for the WTC memorial.

Don't you love all the coziness and deception? Boss Tweed would be proud.

Well it certainly explains why preservation groups in Queens have never seen Ms. Garner, nor know anoything about her.

I find it interesting that knowing the problems we have in Queens on preservation, the Manhattan-centric preservation community not only said nothing when she got on board, but perhaps even lauded the appointment.

You know what? I would like to nominate someone from the Trump organization to represent Manhattan on LPC.

You guys are all a joke.

She should step down. Is she involved in Columbia U's displacement of a community?

Her background is exclusively that of organizations like Bovis known for its massivive tear downs.

This is appalling. We call for MAS and HDC and the Landmarks Converservency to demand her immediate resignation.

Lets see if they can do something besides $10,000 a table fund raisers.

This is shocking.

How is increasing the budget of LPC going to help with commissioners like this?
