Council giving unions & homeowners breaks

The City Council is insisting that unions get a special exemption under its new campaign finance effort, even as government watchdog groups, the New York City Campaign Finance Board, and others are saying the legislation would be stronger if it curbed the influence of organized labor.

Yeah....I'm eagerly waiting for my $400 real estate tax rebate check this year from Mayor Mike so he can raise my taxes next year beyond the rebate level!

You keep on exempting labor unions (and crooks like Brian Mc Laughlin) from the election reform process!
