Very cute. He kind of reminds me of Humpty Dumpty sitting on the wall. Maybe you could name him something related to that, especially since it has "Dump" in the name.
Responding to the "Humpty-Dumpty" suggestion: How about calling him just, "Dumpty", "Dumpy", or maybe "Donny Dump" ? (If you use "Donald Dump", you might get sued by "The Donald"). Let me go into my Scatalogical Thesaurus and see what else I can find.
