If you are looking to make a cool million on a house, the blue-collar neighborhoods along the L.I.E. are probably not the place to try. And, if you were a millionaire, would you spend 1.2 million dollars on
this house? No joking, that is what the listing price is, despite lacking a lawn and side windows. All this is available on Hull Avenue just a stone's throw from the smog and noise of the Long Island Expressway. My, what a bargain!

It's amazing to me that some people actually prefer to live in a "luxurious" place like this, because it's new. New is not necessarily better - in fact, most of the construction that's being built today is cheap, with inferior materials to the stuff they're tearing down.
Come on guys, this is not a place for people to live, but a dorm for a dozen or so or so or so ...
The developer should be able to make back its money in 8 or 9 years and as to the negative efforts on the city and community?
Hell, the slum don't reach the developer's back yard in, say, North Hills.
