As seen from the Long Island Expressway. An expansion of the Paris Hotel. It doesn't seem like they're gaining all that much rentable space. Kind of surprised this place is still in business but there you go. Draw your own conclusions.
Paris Suits Corona" not to bad. Specials around $135 but the problem is that becomes around $200 after hotel taxes for a small room with a king bed, free movies and wifi. To add they don't kick you out till 11AM. Lots of young couples meet in the bar after business meetings or go after dancing in the clubs. They take cash but you must leave a $100 deposit.

Why your neighborhood is full of Queens Crap

Its expanding to house more homeless
Château shelter!
No doubt. The owners did the math and can house X more taxpayer-paid contracted homeless. Millions likely to be banked over a few years time.
How do you say Homeless Shelter in French?
Third World Brother!
This is a common hotel for sequestered jurors.

The city purchased it and is making renovations before reopening it as a homeless shelter.
