Queenscrapper,
Have you ever seen anything like this? This is my first time. LOL.
It was at a FSBO and the house was said to have 2 bathrooms and this was one of the 2. Apparently, it was a 1.5 bathroom, but they replaced the original sink next to this toilet with a shower stall (not shown) and place the sink over the toilet tank... thus converted a powder room to a real bathroom! They proudly say it's an 'innovative' city design! I'll give it a Year 2010 design award!

Note to Claire Shulman===Sink or Swim! Happy Flushing!
If you stand in the toilet, you can wash your face and your feet at the same time. 'swunnerful. 'smarvelous.
The tenants better put a string on the end of their tooth brush. And soap on a rope is maybe a good idea as well.
I think you just have to put the lid down. Duh!!
This is not a new and novel idea, you will find this aplenty in illegal housing.
Brian McLaughlin & Tony Semenario have a similar set-up
Gee...a guy with good aim could pee and wash his hands at the same time.
But, then again, after he zips his "wand" back into his pants...he's got to wash all over again...unless he's an unsanitary slob.
Why not just get a prison sink / commode?
is this on your Christmas wish list, Crappy?
what a role model for Queens County. as in toilet paper roll.
That toilet has a ring of filth in it. Ewwww.
Ummmmm...so I guess the bathroom doesn't have the clear floor turnaround space of 5'-0" diameter...interesting....
Which bowl do you pee in?
Oh come on this is actually not so bad. So what its small? I've seen things like this all over the world, not just in Asia either. These aren't uncommon in London or Paris. Some are rigged so that the toilet water is filled with the gray water from the sink that is left over from when you wash your hands. It saves a lot of water.
Now I would have an increased likelihood of dropping my toothbrush in the toilet.
