Neighbors to pig owners: "Romeo must die"

From the NY Post:

Swine flu hysteria has made life hell for a pot-bellied pig name Romeo in Queens this week, as fear of the quick-spreading new illness have turned the once happy hog into a porky pariah.

The 300-pound Romeo, who has been the beloved pet of the Cummings family for about two years in St. Albans, is alarming many neighbors who believe he would be better off as a pork chop than a pet.

That's a pig? I first thought it was a hippopotamus.

[And please, no Como, Stavisky,Comrie, or Nolan jokes.]

So if there's a Dog or Cat flu that humans start to catch we're suppose to kill all of them?!? Unbelievable!

holy shit that thing is huge! what the hell do they feed it and could they even afford it? at first i thought it was a statue at a park, you know the kind that kids climb all over it. they need to donate the hog to a park petting zoo or send it to the farm. do you smell the bacon!

Remember that movie? the great Lena Olin.

Pigs and hippos are on the same branch of hoofed creatures.

Rolls and rolls of blubber. Reminds me of some of the people I see on the street. Huffing and puffing as they waddle down the lane with their disgusting over-sized asses. Ewwwww!

That's not a pig! That's a science experiment gone horribly wrong!

It sounds like some of those "neighbors" would be better off as a chop!

That leaves those dangerous boys in blue!

Are New York's "finest" carriers of the cop flue?
