Theat's the High School For Construction Trades. The students are learning real world construction skills. That part of the yard was never a basketball court.
There's a lot of projects out in the back and also a bunch of structures in a caged area. But it's a bit of a mess which is why it reminded me of other lots I seen that had SWOs on them.
Yes they are, but for the stuff they are working on they need more space to build to learn. The house there is actually amazing even though it's used for jerk chicken grill storage. Thanks for the info about the workshop space, I could have sworn there was one because it looks like every other schoolyard. But really, the teachers there need to tell the students tidy up a bit, and they have since my posts on X.
