It’s unfortunate but most of them I see look just like that. I’ve never seen anyone trying to clean the garbage out from any of them either.

Is the property owner responsible to keep it clean or the city ?
How about using workfare for the people on the public dole ?
Imagine the damage this Climate BS has done.
I love those rain gardens. Queens needs them on every block.
