Parks in Queens have been like that for a few years now. Motorbikes, gas scooters, electric scooters. NYPD MIA as usual. Too busy staring at their phones and sitting in their cars sleeping.
This is not a new problem. In the past I've seen kids on bikes and ATV's riding on the track and the field. There are signs prohibiting this. We know young guys do stupid things since the beginning of time. Call the cops, they might come.
