It was only a year ago when a skull was found on the lawn of the Van Sicklen house, but now something new has arisen on the dilapidated blighted property.
It's a lot thinner (and cheaper) than the old house plus it's way behind schedule (or maybe it meant it would be done by Christmas). Hope it holds up against the violent climate or the big bad wolf.

This would never happen if Vickie Paladino were Mayor. She's so good, she can make one set of laws for herself and her thug family, another for the rest of us.

That's a prefab barracks for 50, only designed to generate rent $$ and profit.
Street parking and garbage management is going to be a disaster.
You get what you vote for stupid New Yorkers, in this case "block buster" garbage and who's getting all those apartments.
A single family means nothing now, because the Chines go around that by calling 50 adults and children named "Lee" or "Lopez" a single large family.
No way of verifying, no Chinese, Central American, Venezuelan or Mexican government will co-operate verify who's related, and who's not. This includeds criminal backrounds because those governments don't want them back nor will verify if they were even their people.
Many corporate and LLC landlords (almost all of them now) are building these things to get guaranteed Sec 8 rent money.
It doesn't matter what was agreed at meetings, on the record and such, all involved lie to get it done then SUPRISE SUPRISE !!!
