The running out of oxygen scenario is a very real thing. Happened to me a few times while transporting my mother in law. The ambulettes don't have oxygen; you're using your own supply. If you hit traffic on the way home, it's scary.

Who in their right mind would come up with a plan to close off a city street and everyone has to get out of the vehicle and move a gate?
