Yup, he is the son of infamous sewer man Carl "Andy" Capasso. Carl and Bess Myerson had a hot and heavy Page Six affair a couple of decades ago. Then Carl ended up in the hoosegow for tax violations. God only knows when this cash cow project will be completed, if ever.
OSHA approved for appropriate trenching protective systems under 1926.652. Give this owner their SST card and hope the crew had a chuckle as they dragged the safety equipment over the vehicle
