Many recent shootings in NYC especially in Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx have been by gangbangers and criminals riding their bicycles, electric scooters, and electric mopeds to shoot and kill their intended targets and innocent bystanders.
I am not surprised this Fake Leader who only cares about Criminals, Drug Addicts, and Gang Members Rights are pandering to them for votes.

I’m am an African American and my whole household is voting for Sliwa.
Did he ride that bicycle in the drug-infested, gang infested, drag racing areas of Brooklyn?
Are did he only ride in the better areas of Brooklyn and ignore the homeless lying down in the streets and the drive by shootings like in East New York or Bed-Stuy?
Too bad there weren't any pitbulls every thug and criminal seem to have chasing him and biting him in the ass.
That actually might wake him up and see how much violence, shootings, gang violence, road rage, drug problems, increase homeless population and traffic congestion we have in this city.
You won't see Sliwa on a bike or a gas guzzling SUV like the Mayor,he'll take the bus and subway.
