That street has bike lanes and they are not using them, on top of riding recklessly. So that just proves the point that the bike lanes in this city are useless. We should stop installing them, take the old ones out, and give the space back to the motorists who don't pull reckless crap like this.

They do this on 14th Street in Manhattan too. It's not just children out riding bikes. They ride recklessly, bang on cars and windows, try to start accidents. They want to be hit by a car, very scary. I feel for the woman who was threatened. She did the right thing by calling the police.

I've seen small kids on big bikes doing reckless stunts in other neighborhoods, it's the in thing. There's no limit to the stupid thigs young boys will do.Fun until someone is killed or crippled.
That never happened in the good old days. Back then, kids went to church and sang the national anthem every day. Then they played stickball on the street because there was much less bicycles to run them over back then.
