It looks like Detroit down there. Empty lots and abandoned houses. You have waterfront lots within the city limits that can’t sell. Doesn’t matter what you build there. Nobody wants to live there. Bulldoze the neighborhood and make it a park.
Not true - people on In NYCHA, convicted felons, gangbangers, drug dealers , pimps and deluded white SJW want to live. It was ruined starting in the mid 70’s.
