This is de Blastopia.
The Blaz is literally throwing circuses as the city is falling apart and it's future uncertain with a bunch of mediocre to awful candidates looking to take his place.
He took the front seat because he wanted to be blanketed with applause that was meant for the roller coaster.
The mayor rolls out his wife's latest 1.2 billion dollar initiative, roller coaster rides for the homeless.
