This has been quite the new beginning for re-elected wunderkind Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. After easily winning the primary and the general election last November along with Trump falling to a guy who didn’t make any effort to win, AOC became the most culturally powerful figure in Congress with a massive social media following bigger than most celebrity figures in movies and pop music. With this much status and power in presumably good hands, it seem the iconic Latinx from the Bronx had solid momentum to get progressive policies and programs for the working people and working families ratified into laws.
Then all of sudden, a jagoff comedian dared her to back her words and foment change…

I work for UPS. I like my health care plan. What happens to it when her socialized health for all gets put into practice? How many months then to just get a 5 minute appointment with a primary care physician then? M4All sux- big time.

What a waste. Its such a shame that we put people in power solely based on their race. This woman is an idiot. And NO, she's NOT from the Bronx....she was BORN in the Bronx, BIG DIFFERENCE. She didn't spend more than 5 years of her life in the Bronx which means she didn't even go to school in the Bronx or has no memories barely of actually living in the Bronx. She's such a waste.

Just going by what's being bandied on about on social media. And I don't think she won on her race, she won because she and her team put out a very convincing campaign and voters saw no hope in Joe. What I find interesting is that this blog has been chronicling Joe Crowley's grifting and uselessness for years and years and was one of a few local blogs or news sites to give her attention and never got credited for her victory, considering the low voter turnout.
