Such cutting edge humor!
No one appreciates sarcasm more than me, but the $1M price tag is most likely because it's being marketed as a teardown.
Also, did the Post just realize that this is the going rate for property in working class neighborhoods these days?
JQ LLC: It also looks like the bank recently had the residents kicked out of the house too.
A million for a house in Bath Beach? Mental.

Is there a limit on the number of satellite dishes that can be installed at this property?

Who would want to live in NYC anymore ?
Only a batcrap crazy would buy in this dirty town during these times.
It's no joke living in any Demorat controled City or State. Get out while you can.
Bronx teen Winston Ortiz, 18 was stabbed three times, doused with gasoline and set on fire on the fifth floor of an apartment building in the Highbridge section of the Bronx. Pray for him and his family !

As Astoria transforms into West Elmhurst.
Stop complaining and leave NY.
Is the city's fixation on restaurants while everything else goes to pot stems from the fact that they are devices to clean money for real estate investment?

Does Jimmy Van Bramer joining Mike Gianaris means that the Bolsheviks have promised to protect us from the Communists?
I'll tip my hat to the new constitution
Take a bow for the new revolution
Smile and grin at the change all around
Pick up my guitar and play - Just like yesterday
Then I'll get on my knees and pray
We don't get fooled again - Don't get fooled again
No, no! - Meet the new boss - Same as the old boss

Ok, horrible that he died, but he was dating the suspect's 14 year old sister

NYC now has a record number of vacant apartments during the coronavirus outbreak.
Last month NYC had 13,117 apartments available to rent compared to just 5,912 in July 2019.
The mass exodus from New York City will continue and the middle class will be damned !

@Anon "Stop complaining and leave NY"
My grandfather told me of an old Welsh saying. You have to respect someone before you give a $hit what they say. So FU !
@Anon re: fixation
Check out today's post about Flushing. Overvalued real estate and the extravagant restaurant/foodie scenes are connected.
Dear NY Post,
"The center of Manhattan" is called "Midtown."
Last month NYC had 13,117 apartments available to rent compared to just 5,912 in July 2019.
The mass exodus ...
Hardly a mass exodus - it means a $4400 apt goes for $4000. A mass exodus means it goes for $2000. Now on the other hand, 90,000 theater people leaving is something different. THAT can have a real impact. But, then, they do not generate 'clean cash' like restaurants so they can stay below the radar.

"Hardly a mass exodus" Wait until more numbers come out in the next six months.
Even if given a home in NYC, most millennials still couldn't afford to own.
"Hardly a mass exodus" ???
Economics 101
DeBozo and the City Council have made it so difficult to live in NYC with high taxes, high living expenses, sky high rents, and then throw in mountains of stinking garbage on the sidewalks, millions of rats, out of control crime, rampant shootings. So everyone who can is going to flee the city and rents and home prices will sink like a rock.
Those who flee in COVID fright mode will find that their burb havens will turn into nightmares in 5 years.
Remember the white flight? Nobody wants a home in once quiet Nassau now with MS 13 running the towns. Once you leave New York....you ain’t going nowhere.
People forget a seller can post ANY price they want. Doesn't mean people will buy.
