That's unforgivable. ALL of the tenants are hopefully withholding rent, not just some. No elevator! Bastards!
Management companies...what a racket.
now how about the building at 214 Beach 96th Street? Building has an LLC and a crappy management company. Housing court judge has an apartment in the building. Shit comes up in the bathtubs, back up looks like vomit and shit every day in the bathtubs. What is up with that? Building has drug dealers and prostitutes living in it. Guess they don't want to complain about the shit coming up in the bathtubs.
Tenant Attorney? Watch out she doesn't flip on you, after you pay her all that money she'll go behind your back and do a deal with the landlord's attorney. They're full of crap. The Real Estate industrial Complex. I wonder how many of the tenants get Section 8 and other housing vouchers in that building.
