The new jail will spruce that town up.
That's a lot of tagging. And some of it looks quite old. Why haven't local residents called in the City's graffiti removal service: it's free and it works (I've used it)...maybe Kew Gardeners think this stuff is too low-class to actually happen in their lovely neighborhood? I suppose they must enjoy paying their insanely high property taxes for nothing...
