Jail plan pisses off the Bronx
From PIX11:
Community members held a town hall Thursday night to voice their concerns over a proposal to build a new jail in the south Bronx neighborhood.
The jail would be built at the corner of East 141st Street and Concord Avenue. It’s currently the site of an NYPD impound lot.
Hundreds packed the auditorium of P.S. 65 Mother Hale Academy, which is just down the street from the site.
The meeting opened with chants of “We will fight, we will win!”
Meanwhile, in Kew Gardens...

I think I was missing a small amount of Rachel Berry this episode.
I thought they were already living in a jail since most of the people living in the bronx is an ex con anyway.
So the folks in Bronx are giving them hell, but what about the folks in Kew Gardens and Forest Hills, these folks should be up in arms, yet I have heard little from those folks at least for now. Better take a cue from the folks in Bronx. Kew Garden/Forest Hills is already seeing issues from that damn Comfort Inn Homeless shelter for men.

Everyone is either mute or every homeowner is about to sell or has already sold or the complacent indolent hipshit pilgrimage has already arrived an settled in the kewl.
This are just the cynical theories. Hopefully people will organize even without the odious presence of katz and kosolwitz.
Richmond Hill should get pissed too, for it takes 10 minutes to walk down the hill on lefferts and a 20 minute walk to get to where queens Blvd and Jamaica Ave intersect.
This is why our next mayor and our next governor will be a Republican.
