Unfortunately, you need to call the NYPD on this one...every day...for weeks straight.
It is like watching a Gilligan's Island or Brady Bunch episode over and over again. SAME FUCKING STORY again and again and again.
This city is a fucking mess. They don't even fucking try. It is just Deja Vu. I mean how many times have we seen or read this story or most of the other quality of life issues with not a damn thing being done by clowns in charge.
NYC is OVER!
Notice also the Chartered Bus. What is up with that? They are parked overnight in my neighbor hood. Mobile brothels or mobile shooting galleries?
Haven't you been brainwashed yet? Quality of life issues are racist micro aggressions.
Well yea, that junkyards been going for perhaps 40 years and never a problem however now DUMPING is involved.
Hey nobody forced those people to buy a or in some cases BUILD a home 100 feet from a junkyard.
Not for nothing but what in the world did these people now bitching expect, Mayberry USA with a white picket fence and manicure lawns ?
I know the owner, most of those cars were dumpt in front that junkyard with no titles. (likely stupid slobs from Jamaica) This is a department of sanitation issue. If the owner touches them he can be nailed for theft and a bunch of crap by the city. (and that's exactly what the city wants, so its been a standoff quagmire issue.
The city is pulling the same shit in willets point, leaving potholes and dumped cars in order to CHOKE ever business left on the avenue it couldn't steal into selling.
A junkyard can NOT scrap or even move a car without title, a government ID or legal paperwork of ownership.
The department of sanitation refuses to do anything because they consider it not a priority. This is THE CITYS own fault !!
Remember the deBlasio administration doesn't like white people owned private homes, this piece of shit wants them so miserable they 1-die or 2-sell and move.
Its the city who is the enemy.
I don't understand it. Cops are quick to give tickets for every little thing, yet they ignore this?
""Cops are quick to give tickets for every little thing, yet they ignore this""
APPARENTLY YES, because just like Maspeth the people suffering are not the votes and "type" the mayor wants living in that area
OH, so the one person who made a comment, "knows the owner". AND is is not like any owners of junkyards, auto body shops, auto repair, etc NEVER did anything like dump cars on sidewalks and streets, place there tow trucks on public streets as opposed to their own property. GIVE ME A BREAK.
The only point you made that was good was the fact that people buy houses next to junkyards, auto shops, etc, BUT that still does not give these businesses the right to do whatever the fuck they want, there are legal laws to be obeyed, which many do not and this city does little about enforcing.
AND a junkyard has NEVER been involved in anything illegal.....................wow, you really must be a publicist for junkyards.
Well, since Willets Point is about to be plundered, this is where all potential scrap and malfunctioning vehicles are going to rest. In a way it's kind of like the automobile homeless hotels.
Sure those junkyards have been there for a lifetime, but now with the oversaturation of tourism and online ordering, this is going to get worse with the trucks (remember the one with the blown out door last year) and charter buses.
How could you tell?
>just like Maspeth the people suffering are not the votes and "type" the mayor wants living in that area
So the cops there don't have ticket quotas like every other cop in the City?
What's wrong with this guy Joe, the OP said those alleged
junked cars were not junked but abandoned with it being more illegal for a junkyard owner (or anybody else) to lay a finger on them.
What if the city or cops planted those cars as a "trap" to bust and put the junkyard owner out of business. Its been done in the past and especially more so now.
No summons because the junkyard is following the rules, the trucks have commercial plates are on standby (at work 24-7) to make hooks & drops. As long as they are moved and not blocking a fire plug un-attended they what they are doing is legal.
That 106pct is worthless!!!!a ton of my 311 complaints always come back as no evidence of a violation. It drives me nuts
Your just another clueless person you don’t know what your talking about. You don’t live here so you don’t know what’s going on.
