Reynoso is an idiot. He thinks since bike riders are incapable of stopping/unwilling to stop he wants to decriminalize their recklessness.
This is from someone who goes at a red but waits for pedestrians and traffic to clear like it's a stop sign, it's called the Idaho stop. But Reynoso thinks hipshit bike riders shouldn't be inconvenienced by such necessary obstructions, for a lot of these poseurs ride fixed gears with no brakes.
