Most work like this is done by contractors hired by DOT.I'm thinking the stickers have some info the DOT inspector needs to see.

I'm sorry but can someone explain what the problem is at this crosswalk?? Looks good to me.
And those raised dots are more slippery when water is running under them. They are dangerous. I walk around them.
