That can't be, this is a beautiful glass tower near the water with glorious manhattan skyline views, not some dilapidated project housing building.
The next hurricane is going to pulverize those towers, if not flood the basement and lobby.
These high rises do not have basements.
@Micheal
Holy shit.
Same in Manahattan-- recall the pit-bull attack/I thought he was a "robot" drug bust last week in the fancy luxury tower? Seems landlords of these new empty towers are happy to take a certain element that pays cash monthly and on time for the enormous rents...
Everyone is doing it...
How else are you gonna afford the rent?
>designer drugs
Ordinary heroin and meth aren't good enough for these hipsters, they'll only get high on hand-crafted artisanal drugs.
hand crafted artisanal drugs... now that's funny.
What a surprise - NOT! Get with the program folks. Aren't you at all aware that the biggest names in the Hip-Hop - Rap industry were equivalent to Drug Cartels and probably still are. They live in better places than this tower and run empires that are masked as legitimate businesses - hiding behind their singing and butt shaking abilities if you want to call it an ability. Put a ring on it my a$$.
This isn't hip hop, at least rap is creative and requires actual lyric writing, even if it's about themselves, da bitchez and guns, this laptop DJ culture, they jerk off with sounds in some files and splice beats for a pseudo sense of rhythm and sit on some synth notes for a lame sense of ambiance or what is normally called dub-step.
And the drugs of choice are these designer drugs. Remember Molly? It's got spinoffs now, and of course heroin/fentanyl.
Gotta make some money to live in these overpriced dumps!
