Wow. It's hard to believe this exists. Thanks DOB. Not only is it a nightmare for the neighbor, but a sad example of what shitty people can expect to get away with.

You would think this is a unique structure in Queensboro Hill, but similar ones are all over QB. Aesthetics mean nothing to the Chinese immigrants; its all about how many people they can fit inside.
QB has become a part of Flushing Chinatown over the last ten years, along with these hot mess buildings everywhere. I don't understand how they aren't embarrassed to live in such a crappy neighborhood.
