Sounds like the same thing that happened at the Wollman Rink.
Government wasted eight years trying to build a skating rink.
Basically a refrigerated slab of concrete.
Donald John Trump came in, and finished it in a few months under budget.
Government is not the answer, it IS THE PROBLEM...
Tump doesn['t have the problem of keeping someone's son-in-law employed or paying a union debt for manning phone banks.
BTW, where is Queens Borough Hall on this?
