Just came back from the island of Jamaica,this picture could be of either place.
Again, unresponsive government employees that need to be fired and loose their pensions. Until we start doing this or giving sanitation service to private contractors NOTHING WILL CHANGE.

At someone put a new mattress there after Katz visited st. albans. It's like the time she warbled at the bandshell at forest park and it got a brand new sidewalk.
