With all these ill-thought inappropriate awnings, it seems like some AIRbnb host wanted to take his or her little scheme to another level with the delusion of giving their "lodging" legitimacy. Especially if a person happened to be a slumlord. Especially if a slumlord was married to someone that gets contracts to film in Brooklyn and Queens.
Someone check if this creep has an account with Airbnb
Ciafone the Gavone is installing an awning at my building today to justify his $400/month increase in a roach infested, water damaged, faulty wired building. No super, always dirty dated kitchen and bathroom. Heat and hot water not included. I can keep going. Basically an electrical fire waiting to happen
