This arsonist could be a hired gun for predatory developers or some misguided anarchist.
But after this clip, he may be some psychotic bigoted anti-semite
it's unfuckingbelievable the lack of action by the NYPD. Because normally this type of pattern would lead to swift enforcement in a town like this. Which would lend some credence to my hired gun theory and any suspicion of an actual police slowdown.
Oddly, the execution seems like that scene in Donnie Darko when he burned down Patrick Swayze's house.
Every site that has been hit is one where a smaller house has been torn down and replaced with large monstrosities that are built right up to the property lines. My guess is that the arsonist is a misguided vigilante that is fed up with this.
Don't blame the police,we have less than 5000 cops as we did 8 years ago. Another 1000 detectives have been transferred to counter terrorism, intell and to guard city politicians. Write your local pols and the poor excuse for a mayor or stfu.
The police are working real hard, especially since they have to pick up the slack from their reduced numbers.
If I were on the force, I would be working real hard after I got a ONE PERCENT RAISE and the City Council is lobbying for a SEVENTY ONE PERCENT RAISE for themselves.

OK
Be on the lookout for a guy in a hoodie with a slight smell of regular unleaded.
That narrows it down...
Or maybe a bottle of Ronson and A Zippo.

Bukharian lightning?
112 should get on their ponies and get this guy.
Arson is a serious crime and quickly can get out of hand.
Isn't it the law that you have home owner's insurance? What is up with the owner having no insurance? What if someone got hurt on his property?

Most of the new structures going up there have security cameras mounted all over them.
