Here we are in front of 53-24 35th Street, another John Ciafone-owned property. Notice the pile of trash at the bottom right and the appearance of a sanitation violation posted on the door. I don't even want to know what goes on in the basement.
Garbaage is never attractive. Mine is kept in garage until the night before pick up. But when there is no place to hide it just what else can you expect? This is all contained in one area. Gift wrapped it is not.
If you cannot have a proper place for your garbage containers, the least you can do is make sure they are always covered and in the case of an apartment building, have enough cans for the number of people who reside there.
And none of this bullshit of having your garbage in the big black bags and not in containers. Perfect food source for rodents and dogs.

This can't be in Queens. It just can't.
I wonder if some of that trash could be from the restoration business next door? Probably not

It doesn't have to be attractive. Just bagged. Not thrown onto a pile. That's why the ticket was issued.

But that is asking to much in Queens.
He's a moron for putting his signs on locations such as this.
