352 West 123rd Street in Harlem. Just a little bit out of place, don't you think?
And then there's
342 West 123rd Street, which was started in 2001, stopped, was vested under the old zoning and still is yet to be completed because it has a
stop work order.
Manhattan has a long way to go before it looks like Queens, but at least they're trying.

it takes immense gall to go ahead with a project like that. I mean to be the person responsible for basically giving the middle finger to the whole neighborhood. I would sleep with a gun under my pillow at night if I was him.
Actually it has a resolved stop work order, aka the condition doesn't exist anymore, so they could work on it
No, the "resolved" on the DOB website means the complaint was resolved, in this case with a stop work order. If it were rescinded, it would say so here
The permit history shows the permit was revoked around 2005 and 2006 for some unknown reasons. Somehow the job was reinstated on 4/4/08. The current status is 'job on hold' even after it passed the audit on 7/20/11. Obviously it is a problem job.
