Sidewalk parking continues at Court Square Diner

"Hi:

I happened to be back there today. On my way to where I was going from the Court St. subway station a car was parked on the sidewalk of the side street (45th Rd.).
On my way back to the subway station it was parked on the sidewalk in front of the main entrance of the restaurant on 23rd St.
Thanks." - Anonymous

And they will continue to do this with impunity because civil servants frequent the diner. It's insanity to drive up on the sidewalk in such a busy area.

He only there to deliver the Greek olives.

Wait until whack off Wolcoff tears down 5 Pointz and his rear public parking lot vanishes.

You'll see much more congestion and illegal parking in the area.

But as far as Joe Conley and backstabber Van Bramer are concerned these ills will be far from their home turf Sunnyside. And that's what really matters.

Like I said last time, this happens EVERY DAY.

Anon No. 2:

Well, that justifies breaking the law!!!

This would make for a nice short shaming segment for the local TV news. Someone who can give the particulars to a TV news producer should make the call.

what would happen if a kid riding a bike or a scooter accidentally scratched the car?

NYPD or NY Traffic should use this photograph to fine this guy 9double fine) instead of acting like spiders waiting for speeders to speed up in areas close to the expressways where the speed limit should be increased to at least 40MPH and not 30 MPH, nobody walks in those roads and they are designed for faster traffic.

Van Bramer is all over this one - assuming he can fix the problem by selling the sidewalk and building a really thin high rise on the space.

That is such crap! People can't even walk on the shoveled part of the sidewalk! If I went there and broke my ankle trying to get over the snow, I would definitely sue and win the case!

IF this place is friendly to the badges, then there is no hope at discipline.

Just like 'cop bars' that never seem to have to obey noise, or operating hour regulations.

That's just it. This place is in no way friendly to "the badges". I have absolutely no idea why the 108 isn't writing this dump on a regular basis.
