Where is this bus shelter located?
Why does that matter? The ad appears at multiple shelters.

There are at Forest Park.
The hills are on the north side of QBlvd from approx Jewel Av toward 67 Rd down to the Grand Central Pkwy.
I'm very happy to see Queens Crap readers, and Queens Crapper himself, working out the meaning of the Forest Hills bus shelter. J's proposed neighborhoods are especially on-point.
Stay on the lookout for bus shelters featuring other neighborhoods, and street pole banners too.
