They cant be doing these procedures in some back room. Many of these "head hunters" fly you down to Costa Rica where procedures and meds are 1/20th the cost. Same deal with dentistry, a root canal cap & crown is around $250 for a nice job in Costa Rica. The same crown, from the same factory's, artists & kilns dentists use here. To add Novocaine, zylocaine, percocet and antibiotics cost nothing in Costa and they are far better. A good 1/3 of American doctors and Dentists trained and earned there certification in Costa

This is an actual procedure ....it makes the g-spot more sensitive.... but they didn't have to post it on their sign!
