How do I ask for that procedure? Do I just go in and say that I want my G-spot amplified? LOL...
This is an actual procedure ....it makes the g-spot more sensitive.... but they didn't have to post it on their sign!
And I thought "X" marked the spot. This blogsite is very educational.

They cant be doing these procedures in some back room. Many of these "head hunters" fly you down to Costa Rica where procedures and meds are 1/20th the cost.
Same deal with dentistry, a root canal cap & crown is around $250 for a nice job in Costa Rica.
The same crown, from the same factory's, artists & kilns dentists use here. To add Novocaine, zylocaine, percocet and antibiotics cost nothing in Costa and they are far better.
A good 1/3 of American doctors and Dentists trained and earned there certification in Costa
Ladies, I'm not too keen on that G-Spot Amplification procedure. See the Wikipedia article "G-Spot", Paragraph 2.4("G-spot amplification), here. Please do exercise caution. However, I do find the Brazilian Butt Lift procedure quite promising! Check out Paragraph 4 of "Buttock augmentation" here.
