Someone took "Stars and Stripes Forever" a little too literally
Not sure if this is some kind of political statement or if the groundskeeper is just too lazy to replace the flag, but this beauty was spotted flying over the Newtown High School Athletic Field in Elmhurst.

Upside down flag is a sign of a ship in distress. Looks right to me.
Considering most schools have an operating budget of $4 per classroom and teachers have to bring in their own chalk and toilet paper, i'm not ready to jump on the staff for this one.
Disgusting. No respect for our flag. The groundskeeper better take it down and put a new one in its place. Hope the flag is disposed properly after it is taken down.

I'm sure if it was the mexican chicken flag or the flag of our soon to be chinese government it would be replaced.
