Paul Vallone thinks part of Flushing is rife with home invasions

From Bayside Patch:

Flushing attorney Paul Vallone said he is focusing his City Council bid for Dan Halloran’s seat on improving northeast Queens’ quality of life, which encompasses everything from safety and education to assisting small businesses.

Vallone, who is the brother of Councilman Peter Vallone Jr., D-Astoria, said he has been eyeing Halloran’s seat for the past four years following his 2009 bid for the position.

“We never really stopped,” he said. “2013, for me, was always on the radar. And we are really excited about the prospects of this campaign. People know me and my family. There’s a lot identification with what we’re trying to do with the campaign. It’s rare when I get to someone’s door and they say, ‘Who are you?’”

The Clinton Democratic Club president said he would especially focus on safety issues after recently having found out that part of the district in Flushing that he would be covering has become number one in the city for home invasions.

Really? Where would that be? I think we would have heard about that...

You have to scratch your head over a council candidate that tries his best to destroy the property values of his potential constituents.

That's interesting, Paulie V. So, your filing late in 2012 to become eligible for a judgeship was just a lark?

...and there you have it, folks. That's right: many people do know EXACTLY who Paul Vallone is and what he stands for, and he has barely even gone door to door.

Hope you know him, too, 19th Council District voters. It's up to you to keep this Prince of Vallonia out of office for good.

I recall in that video you posted that he said Broadway-Flushing was number one in the city for home invasions. He must have pulled that out of his ass.

The only INVASION that I see here is the Vallone dynasty attempting to invade northeast Queens.

Buy this man's baloney, and you'll find out what it's like to be robbed.

Paulie 'V" --real estate lobbyist--represents developers.
They paid for his campaign expenses.

Do you really think he will represent you over their demands?

It strikes me as being very devious...how Don Paulo's "home invasion" statistics...DO NOT agree with the 109th Precinct's crime stats.

But...hey...a political LIAR is parr for the course...
and by now Vallone's long nose rivals Pinocchio's.

Paulie should have checked with his brother Petey (Mr. Public Safety Committee) before he pulled that blatant lie from his ass.

There have been a few lately.

This is the gossip - can't guarantee that it's true. The thefts fall into two categories - it's either the maid/nanny's boyfriend or there's a group of Columbian's that scope out houses looking for couples that work really long days.

There are also a lot of Asians going through our garbage and some are starting to come up onto our property - the police should patrol the night before garbage pickup.

I was informed by an Asian friend that the garbage pickers are incredibly wealthy - they'll buy their kids houses with cash and then get every Gov.t benefit possible. The garbage thing is for fun - just to keep busy. I recently saw an impeccably dressed man going through my garbage. It's like the Bowery in the 70s all over again.

Home invasion is a term used in the United States to describe illegal and usually forceful entry to an occupied, private dwelling with violent intent to commit a crime against the occupants, such as robbery, assault, rape, murder, or kidnapping. What the previous commenter described is simple theft or burglary, not "home invasion". Home invasions are not happening in Broadway-Flushing.

Paul said Broadway-Flushing was no. 1 in home invasions and he also said "we won" a lawsuit he had nothing to do with. He doesn't even live in Broadway-Flushing. LIAR LIAR PANTS ON FIRE.

"We never really stopped," -- please STOP, lying.

Public Safety?
Vallone?

hahahahahaha

The only home invasion I've heard about is a recent one in Whitestone, which although part of Don Paolo's potential kingdom, does not an epidemic make.

THE ONLY THING "OVER AGAIN" IS THE VALLONI BALONI HERE.

THE CAMPAIGN IS A PITCH TO THE ARCHIE BUNKER CROWD.

WHAT CAN GO WRONG WITH A NICE CATHOLIC BOY (WITH PINK CHEEKS?) THAT IS IN OFFICE AND UNDERSTANDS OUR 'PUBLIC SAFETY' CONCERNS?

HE WILL LOOK OUT FOR 'O*U*R' INTERESTS!

just go over to their parish at 'Immac' and ..um.. ask around...

There's a big difference between burglaries, robberies and the much more serious "HOME INVASION".

Paulie is cranking up his scare tactics in a desperate attempt to win.

We're not buying your BS Don Paulo!

YES--VALLONEY-BALONEY--SLICED VERY THICK!

Home invasions, no. Yard invasions, yes.

A neighbor awoke one morning several weeks ago and found a man sleeping on the chaise lounge in his yard. Not wanting to get into a possible confrontation he called the police. They told him to stay inside and a patrol car would be there in a couple of minutes. An hour later he called again and was told the precinct was understaffed and it'd be a couple of hours before the cops came.

My annoyed neighbor turned on his lawn sprinkler and let the dog out. It took the slumberer about ten seconds to exit the yard by hurdling a fence

A while later he went outside to wash down the lounge and found a wallet with $650 in it along with several different forms of identification all with different names.

No one ever came back for the wallet and needless to say the cops never showed up.

What's with the rubber bracelet that Paulie is wearing in that photo? He has his sleeve rolled up so everyone can see the colored bracelet. Not familiar with that one, so what cause is he (supposedly) voicing support for?

Well, there was this one.

So one home invasion TWO YEARS AGO (where the invaders were handily arrested, by the way) makes Broadway-Flushing the center of home invasions in New York City??

Either crime has gone down so much in New York City that it's statistically insignificant or...wait: Paul V. is a LIAR!

Wonder which one it is.

Anonymous said...

You're right - these are not home invasions - they're garbage and yard invasions. Would I be arrested for a hate crime if I went after an Asian with a bat, but didn't him him or her? That another effed up thing - there are a lot of old ladies doing this - is that because they think we're less likely to yell at/attack them?

It's so effin' ghetto!

A well lit yard discourages "yard invasions".

And lock your fuckin' doors and windows tight at night. Install a good alarm system, you cheap bastards!

A few of the burglaries I've heard about in Broadway occurred simply because..."I forgot to double lock my back door"...I left a window open just a crack"...etc.

This is New York Fucking City!
Get yourself some common sense street smarts, you country clods.

Hey, chooch--
stop trying to sound like you're representing Broadway Flushing on your website.

Maybe you'll get a dozen votes from us "damn" BFHA members.

Isn't that what you called us?

VALLONEY BALONEY...VALLONEY BALONEY...VALLONEY BALONEY...VALLONEY BALLONEY...VALLONEY BALONEY!

Think of what you'll get from this lying scum bag if he winds up becoming your next city councilman!

The Vallone campaign is really getting desperate.
They're scared they're gonna lose.

They will, because everybody's got their number.
P.V. is a lying carpetbagger who lobbies for real estate developers.

If Vallone has his way, this will become Astoria east...
over developed and under served.
