thanks for posting and thanks for caring about the state of our borough. i guess there's too much badness taking over for anyone else to comment, but this area is where i grew up, where my family still lives and where i go every week, so it matters to me. thanks again.
Yeah I thought it was sad that more people cared about me not taking the Dunkin Donuts sign off the tree than about this arboricide/overdevelopment story, but that's why Queens is the way it is. It's the people who don't give a crap that allow it to fester this way.

right - they either don't give a crap at all, or it's too late when they decide to. so depressing.
