We have a winner!
Mr. Van Bramer, sorry Mr. Accessible, Accountable, Transparent Van Bramer, council's chair on Cultural Affairs, told his community that he brings 'Resources to the District' and lists some 60 organizations ..... of which a third are not in his district.
Generous funds for a handful of big institutions that seem to be too inept to get funding on their own, or a few that satisfies his personal agenda rather than the community, while starving group after groups after ......
Krepper, vat does he vin? Efryvon in Kveens is a loser. Hahr-hahr.
