A pretty accurate description of Eugene as well.
I don't know which is worse, the name of the project or the drivel written underneath.
I thought the construction signs are supposed to be approved by the Building Department before it can be posted at the construction site. ...The Eugene is the son of the property owner, who also own a Chinese bank in Flushing.
So there you go...
the Chinese are driving the remnants of this Korean block out!
A lot of Koreans are already moving east out to Nassau.
