Crappy:
I just got the following information today that I would like to share with you. I had been waiting to see, if, and when, a lawsuit was going to be filed by the common law wife and family of the deceased and injured at Huang's Queens Blvd. site.
This is from the NYS Supreme Court:
No lawsuit was filed against the DOB or the City.
And, we know that the Queens DA did not indict anyone.
Happy Holidays

Sooner or later,
Tommy Huang will have to pay "the piper" for his commission of multiple crimes .
We hope, along with his other victims, that it's very soon.
The blindfolded figure of "Justice" holds her balance scales aloft, whilst her sharply honed sword is held at the ready to administer punishment.
We extend our sincere sympathy to the victim's family, and pray for a successful outcome in court.
Amen.
There is no common law marriage in New York state.

I guess he's already become old news.
Prediction:
The Huangs will be "big news" in the coming year.
Why? Looks like they have a very heavy trial calendar in 2013.
They have at least three
"significant" negligence law suits scheduled to go to trial in Queens County. It seems highly, unlikely that these cases will get settled, prior to trial.
